We do not use health or clinical information in connection with the NVOX.LIVE waitlist.
If advertising or audience-measurement technologies are introduced later, they must be implemented in accordance with applicable consent and privacy requirements, and this Privacy Policy must be updated where necessary.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The current NVOX.LIVE website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, advertising cookies, retargeting tools, cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or behavioural profiling technologies.
No advertising, analytics, or profiling identifiers are stored in cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar browser technologies.
Only technologies that are strictly necessary for the following purposes may be used:
- Operating and delivering the website
- Submitting the waitlist form
- Preventing spam, abuse, and duplicate submissions
- Maintaining website and database security
- Remembering a privacy choice where one is required
Because no non-essential technologies are active, the website does not currently display a cookie-consent banner.
UTM parameters and the referring URL, where present in the address of the page at the moment the form is submitted, are recorded with that submission only. They are not used to build a persistent tracking profile.
If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies are introduced in the future, they will remain blocked until valid consent is given through a consent-management tool offering equally prominent accept and reject options, granular preferences with no pre-selected categories, and the ability to withdraw consent at any time. This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
9. International Data Processing
NVOX and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in the visitor’s country.
Where required by applicable law, NVOX will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
10. Data Retention
We may retain waitlist information:
- While the NVOX.LIVE waitlist remains active
- While you continue to receive NVOX.LIVE communications
- Until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to applicable legal exceptions
- As reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance
We may retain limited records after deletion or unsubscribe requests where reasonably necessary to document compliance, prevent repeated communications, protect legal rights, or meet legal obligations.
